Scott (Scotty) McCreary, an darling 16-year-old with the unequivocally low voice. He sings “Your Man” as great as wow, he has such an old-school nation voice. The low things is fantastic. Steven Tyler asks for something the small some-more la mode as great as he busts out the small Travis Tritt. It’s fabulous. We mean, not everyone loves country, yet we can’t repudiate this kid’s talent. Randy cites his throw-back nation voice which — totally. Hope to see this child go far, what the cutie.

ReplyDeleteI would love to hear your rendition of 'Long Black Train,' I bet you would do it as well if not better than Josh Turner. There has not been to many bass/baritone singers who have made by their selves but I am sure you will.

ReplyDeleteAlthough I was initially impressed with the super low voice of scotty in the early days, his lack-luster vocal range and annoying stage habits require him to be eliminated. I am sure scotty is a good kid, but as for stacking him against the rest of the field...his time has come to depart. Unfortunately, American Idol allows fans to vote an unlimited amount of time, and all of the BRANSON-Type folks are sittin around on the front porch for the two hours following the show, plugging in Scotty's number.
ReplyDeleteIf Scotty wins, it is a shame. He is far from being the best of the bunch. American Idol voting must undergo a revamp and only allow each person to vote once. That is when the true winner will prevail. Sad to say, I think the Rednech community will push Scotty to the end.
I love Scotty! Great voice! He will go far win or lose!
